Attracting and retaining talent in China

Despite China's population of over 1.3 billion, the war for talent between local firms and multinationals is intense.

The ability to attract and retain a strong talent base will be crucial for the world's number two economy to continue to grow. To ensure that they attract enough experienced managers and leaders with the relevant skills, companies are undertaking a number of innovative approaches to maintain and build the talent pipeline.

What worked yesterday may not work today and what works today may not work tomorrow.
